I hope this letter find your organization well and in good spirits, I am writing this letter to recommend
my ambassador Reichmond Legaspi for the position of VP Marketing, Reichmond has been serving the
foundation for five years now, and I have seen his growth first hand. As his mentor and mother in the
foundation, I witnessed both his strengths and weaknesses and saw him use the foundations’ values and
principles to better himself and improve as a leader, mentor, and an ambassador.

Reichmond headed one of our most successful and accomplished project in the foundation. Project
Bokashi Deley is a Community Based Wastewater Rehabilitation movement that bridged the gap
between local government, private institutions and the community, all coming together to achive one
goal and that is to revive Jamboree Lake. The project went on to be recognized as the most outstanding
project in sustainable development by the Philippine Us Embassy last December 2019 at IGNITE MNL
and was also a Philippine entry for Zayed sustainability prize in Abu Dhabi. Feats that does not define
the essence of the project but testify to the impact of the project to the world.

Together with the foundation, Reichmond mobilized two local government offices, two private
institutions, a total of more than five thousand students across three public schools in Muntinlupa and
residents living in the community area of project implementation, this speaks for what Reichmond can
do as a leader. As what Reichmond believes, he always have something to improve on, and continues to
challenge himself to grow more as a leader with a heart for serving.

I believe that he will be a great addition to your organization, he is efficient with his resources and a
problem solver with a critical mind, he strives to create ripples and lead by succession which ensures the
world will never run out of people who cares and builds its future. It takes a village to shake and move
the world. And as what I always say, “ the world is changes by what we do, not by what we say.” I hope
you give Reichmond a chance to show his capability to serve and lead with compassion.
