Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen

Welcome to the Distribution Automation System Pilot project Inauguration in Semarang. This
pilot project is the part of feasibility study for the improvement of the electrict distribution
system in three cities and the establishment of Distribution Automation System pilot project
financed by a grant scheme from KOICA.

It is an honor to me, to inform you that, among us here, we have

The purpose of the inauguration is to initiate the Distribution Automation System Pilot Project
that has been completed in Semarang and to sign the handover document between the
representative of Indonesian and Korean Government.

The main agendas of this inauguration are:

Speeches, DAS Project Presentation, Simulation, Praying, Cutting Tape Ceremony, The
Document Signing, Souvenirs and Plaque exchange, documentation and to close this ceremony,
we are going to have a Korean style Luncheon.

Let us start the function. As the host of this pilot project as well as the host of the inauguration,
The General Manager of Central Java and Jogjakarta Distribution Office will be delivering the
welcoming speech.

Mr. Purnomo Willy, You might take the floor.

Thank you very much Sir. It was a delighting welcoming speech from Mr. Purnomo Willy.

Now this is the high time for us to listen four addresses or speeches from the representatives of
the stake holders involved in this pilot project of DAS.
The first speech will be delivered by the representative of Korea International Cooperation
Agency. Mr Lee Jong Sun will be our speaker at this very moment. Mr. Lee the floor is yours.

It was wonderful Mr. Lee. The second stakeholder will be handled by the Ministry of Energy and
Mineral Resources. Mrs. Emi Pradana will be honored to deliver her speech before you, our
distinguished audience. Mrs. Emi Pradana, the stage is now all yours.

Lovely speech Mrs Emi. The next, Mr. Oh Jae Hyung will represent Korea Electric Power
Corporation KEPCO to deliver his speech. Mr Oh, You may take the stage.

Mr Oh. You have delivered an enlightening speech.

The following address is the speech from our lovely Transmission and Distribution Director of
PLN Indonesia. Ladies and Gentlemen, the one and only Dr. Herman Darnel Ibrahim.

Thank you very much Mr. Herman.

This project is a realization of advanced technology and a good understanding and cooperation
between Indonesia and Korea. The following section will be very informative because the
following section is the presentation from the Distribution Automation System expert from
KEPCO. Mr. Oh Chang Soo will update you on the further mechanism and application of DAS
and also the current progress of the project. Hereby, I would call upon Mr. Oh to take over the
floor.

Through the presentation, we have grabbed the main idea of the distribution automation system
and how it work. This cooperation project will be helping us in the future to boost up the
efficiency of energy in Indonesia. We also hope that by the application of this system, the
customers could gain the benefit since the detection of distribution errors now can be monitored
by real time system surveillance.

The next, let us witness the grand simulation of the Distribution Automation System. The
simulation will be conducted by Mr. Oh Chang Soo and the DAS team. Ladies and Gentlemen, I
present to you, the distribution automation system simulation.

The simulation has gained the maximum benefit of the DAS. It means that the system has been
ready to be applied. We should thank God upon the success of the distribution automation
system. I would like to call upon Mr. ……………….. to lead the prayer in this morning.

May the prayer can be our company to the success of this project and our life as well. This is the
very moment that we have been waiting for the tape cutting ceremony followed by the signing of
handover document. This tape cutting ceremony will be conducted by:

And now this is the high time to cut the tape as the symbol of the first day official operation of
Distribution Automation System. Let us count together 5 4 3 2 1.

Behind the windowpane, now you are witnessing directly the sophistication of the main control
room of Distribution Automation System installed in the office of PLN West Semarang. The five
honorable representatives of the stakeholders now may enter the room to make an official
observation of the new system.

Ladies and gentlemen let us applaud the official document signing by the representative of
Indonesian and Korean Government.

Hereby the Korean government has officially granted the Distribution Automation System to
Indonesia and the system is ready to operate officially.

In order to show the good cooperation between Indonesia and Korea in this project. There will be
a souvenirs and Plaques exchange between the two entities. Hereby, we will have them on the
