Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl

MAKES 1 BOWL

1. Add all your ingredients to a blender until smooth. Pour into
• 1 cup milk or water a bowl and top with your favorite toppings like berries,
granola, coconut, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, and bananas.
• 2 cups spinach Serve immediately. To eat, use a spoon and scoop the same
• 1 cup frozen pineapple way you would eat cereal.


• 1/2 lemon, juiced

• 1 scoop protein powder
