Objective :

In your manager's resume, create a brief headline that encapsulates your career goal and one or
two of your top qualifications. For example: 'A leadership sales position with a world class and
high-integrity food products company'.

Summary : Include a career Summary section in your manager's resume and highlight your
most important strenghts. To create your summary, review job postings to get a good feel for
what hiring managers find desirable. Specify a list of your matching credentials and incorporate
these into the summary. For example: 'A versatile and skilled sales/marketing professional with
leadership qualities and excellent hands-on experience in developing and improving sales for
wholesale and retail operations. An assertive manager with outstanding interpersonal
communications, negotiation and people management skills'.

About Education and Experience : List your highest degree first.

2. Degree, major and year awarded
3. GPA (optional)

Include your education along with any kind of training, seminars, courses, certifications or any
other experience that shows your professional development. If you are pursuing any courses or
training specify it inyour resume.

Skills : Mention all your job related skills to make your resume outstanding. Use action-words,
verbs, adverbs and adjectives in your descriptions and terms specific to your job. You can also
add your computer and language skills.

Experience : List the most recent experience first. Emphasize on your achievements and
contributions in your resume as a manager or any other leader. For example:

 Staffed and trained an assistant manager and 18 servents and kitchen employees in full
service dinning.
 Reduced labor and cost of goods sold by 20%.
 Carried out a demographic study that pin pointed the restaurant's market.
 Developed and oversaw a catering program.
 Analyzed and upgraded kitchen equipment.

Include an Area of Expertise section to showcase your core competencies.
