SCOPE OF WORKS:

 Mobilization / Demobilization of equipment.

IMPORTANT PROVISIONS IN THE CONTRACT:

Terms and Condition:

a) Total cost for the project is Php. 1,787,358.00

b) All payments should be made payable to Renato Tolentino
c) Our price is base in our plan and specifications.
d) An advance payment in the amount of 50% will be provided to the contractor at least seven (7)
days prior to the commencement of project.
e) Remaining balance - progress payment of 40% will be provided to the contractor at 50%
completion, and the 10% will be paid upon full and satisfactory completion of the work.
f) Payment for the above subject will be a total of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty Seven
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos Only, plus any additional work request by the client.
g) Commencement of project: ______________________
h) Expected date of completion: Within 60 days upon receipt of Down Payment.
i) Owner will provide, water and power supply at no cost to the contractor.
j) Permit and licenses to be secured by the client.
k) All materials shall be delivered by the contractor on site.
l) Any revised of plan shall be charge addendum or diddum.

Note : We do not guarantee the quality of the water under the ground.

The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do
the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
