Explain FIVE (5) the outdoor event risks.

One of the outdoor event risks in thunderstorms. This is the most frequent way an outdoor
event can be literally destroyed. A summer rainstorm cannot not only soak your guests, but can destroy
your rental equipment including the tents and chairs.

Next, pool accidents. There is a potential accident If there is a pool nearby even if it is not
formally part of your event. Not only that, a body of water nearby can also pose problems especially if
there are children in the event.

Roughhousing Accidents. When people are outside, they tend to be a bit rowdier than inside.
Keep in mind any programming that could lead to people getting too wild (especially if there is liquor!)
Even a simple tug-of-war contest can get out of control.

Then, the outdoor event also has the risks of missing children. As we know, children love
exploring the outdoors. We cannot assume that the adult will watch for their children all the time. Thus,
a clear entry and exit areas may help to take care of this issue.

Last but not least, outside intervention. Outdoor events will lend themselves to intruders. There
always has the possibility such as traffic accidents and crazy outsider who probably drunk will spoil the
mood of event and bring the wrong memory for the event. It doesn’t matter it is your fault. It is
considered as our problem if the problem occurs in our event.
