ACCIDENT
ACCIDENT:
 a sudden event (such as a crash) that is not
planned or intended and that causes damage or
injury
(Merriam-Webster Dictionary)

 An unfortunate incident that
happens unexpectedly and unintentionally,
typically resulting in damage or injury
(Oxford Dictionary)

 An accident is an undesirable incidental and


unplanned event that could have been
prevented had circumstances leading up to
the accident been recognized, and acted
upon, prior to its occurrence. (Wikipedia).

VEHICULAR ACCIDENTS:
It occurs when a vehicle collides with another vehicle,
pedestrian, animal, road debris, or other stationary
obstruction, such as a tree or utility pole. Traffic collisions
may result in injury, death and property damage.

WATER ACCIDENTS:
A Water Accident is classified as any accident
that takes place in or around water. With regard to
the various forms of Water Accidents, the
presence of water being the catalyst of any
damages or injuries sustained is the primary
classification of such an accident.

injury or damage sustained from the
usage of boats or naval crafts are a
primary example of Water Accidents.

traffic accidents, it is illegal and
unlawful to operate a marine craft

 is a "discrete occurrence in the course of
work" leading to physical or
mental occupational injury. The definition of
work accident includes accidents occurring
"while engaged in an economic activity, or at
work, or carrying on the business of the
employer" according to the ILO.
