conductofdefendantJam esBrown who wasplaced underpretriqlreleasesupervision by the
H onorable Pnm ela M eade Sargentsitting in the CpurtatA bingdon,on June 30,2020,underthe
follow ing conditions:

The defendantm ustnotcom m itany offense in violation offederal,state orlocal1aw while on


release.

The defendantshallreportasdirectedbytheprobation officer,shallfollow thedirection ofthe


probationofficer;shallpromptlyreportanypersonalstamschangestotheprobation officer:this
shallinclude im m ediately reporting any contactby 1aw entbrcem entofficers regarding a crim inal
investigation orany additionalcrim inalchargesplaced againstthe defendant. The defendant
shallcontinueto resideathis/hercurrentresidence and shallnotchangeresidenceswithoutthe
perm ission ofthe probation officer. The only persons allow ed in the hom e are V iana Ayla and
his children.

alone and he quicklygothisfather.Itold hisfatherIneeded to conducta com plete walkthroughofthe
residence and Iasked him ifanyoneelsew asin the residence.He said no,therew asnot. W hile walking
throughthe residence,Icam eto aclosed doorand asked w hatw asin the room .He said hisfriend from
New Yorkwasin there sleeping. Iwoke the individualup and continued my walkthrough and found two
marijuanasmokingdevices,acigarwrapperpackageand Ioosemarijuana,aIIdocumentedwith pictures.
lthen asked M r.Brown who the individualw asand how Iong he had been there.He said hisfriend's
name wasDennis FrancisW avey and he had been there forabout3 week;and wasgonna be there
aboutanotherweek. Iasked hisfriend forhis name and he gavethe same,and also gave the follow ing:

marijuana.Mr.Brownalsodeniedmakingcontactwiththevictim and hestatedheavoidsherevery
tim e heseesher. Itold M r.Brow nthathe needsto be completely honestw ith m e and that1would
have to reportthe violationsto the Court.

Crim inalhistory wasattem pted butthe inform ation M r.W avey gave wasfalse. Icontacted M r.Brown
and told him Ineeded hisfriend'saccurate info and he gave me thefollowing:085-80-4796.The
additionatinformationhegavewasalsofalseandreturnednothingpursuanttoanNCIC check.
