1) Why Kodak company bankrupt? Is people stop taking pictures?

2 Why "BLOCKBUSTER" (movie renting company) doesn't exists ? people stop watching movies
?

3) How Amazon can think about AWS(first Cloud computing services) and why not large
computer companies like Google, Microsoft didn't ?

Because

1)They did not see Paradigm shift

2)They didn't Think different

3)They do not have Out of The Box thinking.

As Einstein said : Education is not the learning of the facts, but training of the mind to think!

We are very fortunate beings, living in this current generation

1- Best civilization in terms to comfort

2- Open information ear (This is THE BIG thing)
3- Can reach millions of like minded people in a click of a button
4- Best of all if you have an idea, it solves the problem, or brings comfort or even for fun like
entertains people then they(targeted people) are going to pay (FUND) before you deliver the
product.

So, don't believe in "belief system", don't get caught up in religion or cast, don't draw
boundaries like “this has to be done this way only”!

Do whatever you want to do as long as it is for "human well-being", please go ahead. Be open
and look for the right person who can help you. I know 99% of people want to help OTHERS.
You know what is stopping them to do it.?

PEOPLE WANT TO HELP ONLY WITH THEIR "TERMS &CONDITIONS"....

So, Don’t think this as a hurdle, this is human nature, so search for like minded people who can
fill what you are missing needs like money, advice, help, support etc.

"Solution is never a problem"

Understanding the Root Cause of the problem is the problem rather than giving a solution. We
try to understand the problem based on our belief system, interests (emotions), judgmental
nature and/or with fear in mind or programmed mindset. That's why we can't see the problem
properly ...so you can't give/find the right solution (this is for any problem personal, family or
social).

if you don't have money, but have a team of trustworthy friends? Start something in service
sector, because it requires TRUST than money, if you have two to three "can" do anything
friends you can start a services like car drivers club, Taking care of Old Age parents service,
household movers & packers, delivering goods, carry out services, Helpline for depression
people etc..).

For any business ...

1) Define it. who are your targeted customers ?

2) Explain how it works(business model or revenue model)

3) Who is supplier , who is our consumers

4) Comparison ( what is difference from existing model)

5) Explain why are you better than your competitor ? ( this is the BIG BIG thing we evolve out
of existing limitations because fresh eyes, better technology available, willing to take risks.) If
you know the model and understand the limitations, we can build a better model.

So observe technology changes,

Think different solutions and
Think Out of The Box.
