Why we take up “Train Engineering graduates for JOB and beyond”?

As I mentioned in the problem statement, every year 10 million grads are coming out of college. So far
only 12% are employable …

Let’s look back the Developed country like America. Try to understand …

The unemployment rate 4.5% are less is great and 6.5% or more is country moving towards recession.
That means out of 330 million population an average 5% of population is looking for JOB.

You know why there is “no child left behind act” in 2001?
To control a crime or criminal costs more than to educate a child. In other way, if we provide child with
proper education, the chance of he/she do crime or become a criminal is less.

Then don’t get a thought why we do not educate rather train grads for JOB?

Because in India we created a system uneducated can do a business, small work etc.. or highly educated
only can get a job. An average graduate or school dropout doesn’t have a necessary skill to do job like
USA has.

The BIG Picture …

If you ask me say about America in one sentence.

“America sells either comfort or fear period”

As NRI tech’s we have necessary brain to get a job. Knew what technology can do. If we act as solution
providers, the outcome will be grads getting a job. In a way we use our experience so that grads do
business too.

Nowadays doing business is easy in India than getting a Govt job. Service sector has great potential. To
start any service sector business, you need reliability, passion than money. Even if you know how to take
care of DOG. It itself is a BILLION DOLLARS industry!

So, by all means this project is backbone for NRI Tech as well in India.

The services sector is a key driver of India’s economic growth. The sector contributed 55.39% to India’s
Gross Value Added at current price in FY20*. Services sector’s GVA grew at a CAGR of 1.45% to US$
1,064.8 billion in FY20 from US$ 1,005 billion in FY16. According to RBI data, in August 2020, service
exports stood at Rs. 122,768.07 crore (US$ 16.44 billion), while imports stood at Rs. 71,662.62 crore
(US$ 9.60 billion).
