    e) Compliance with Uttar Pradesh Energy Conservation Building Code (UPECBC) (i). The Code is
    applicable to buildings or building complexes that meet either of following: (a) has a connected load
    of 100 kW or greater; or (b) has a contract demand of 120 kVA or greater; or (c) plot area of the
    building is more than 1000 m2 with minimum 2000 m2 as builtup area (excluding basement area.)

    Solar Energy Policy 2017 of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
