Task 1. Design a presentation with 8 slides about Microsoft PowerPoint 2016, using
the following instructions:
1. Design the title slide (slide 1), enter your personal information and your class.
2. Use View – Slide Master to design a layout for the remaining slides (Title and
Content layout). Format the title in the Slide Master as follows: font Arial, size 44,
make it Bold with the Box outside.
3. Insert Header and Footer, enter today in Fixed, enter your name in Footer, insert
slide number for all slides except the title slide.
4. Select any background for slides.
5. Enter the text, insert objects and format them from slide 2 to slide 8.
6. Insert hyperlink for slide 2 as follows:
 “Hình ảnh” is linked to slide 3
 “Biểu đồ” is linked to slide 4
 “Chia cột” is linked to slide 5
 “Chèn bảng” is linked to slide 6
 “Video” is linked to slide 7
 “WordArt” is linked to slide 8
 “Kết thúc” to end show
7. Create 5 action buttons (using Shape) to link slides

8. Select any Slide Transition for all slides

9. Use Animations to select entrance and exit animations for objects from slide 2 to
slide 8.
Task 2. Design a presentation for a multiple choice test, using the following
instructions:

1. Design 6 slides as follows:

2. Set the automatic time for each slide during the slide show. For example, slide 1 is
5s, slide 2 is 9s, slide 3 is 15s, etc.
3. Export the file to the type .ppsx
4. Export the file to the type .pdf in Handout 4 slides in one page.
