ii. Steps to create slides views

1. Start by opening Microsoft PowerPoint

2. Click on blank presentation

3. Select the title and subtitles

4. Type your title and subtitles

5. Select background for the entire presentation

Locating the Format menu select background click on the bar unit the sample slide and select the fill
effects play ground with the gradient textures patterns and apply the most suitable

6. Add new slides

Under the insert menu select New Slides and create all slides for young presentation

7. Add some pizzazz to your presentation by adding Animation

From the slides to sorter view double click on any of the slides to see in a large view these will reveal
pre-set animation and you can custom shapes pictures

8. Save and print and exit
