Rebounds

Here’s the simple 3-step process:

a. Find
As soon as the basketball leaves the shooters
hands (if not before), all five defenders need to
find their opponent.

b. Hit
Once you’ve found your opponent, seek out
contact to prevent them from getting close to the
rim and grabbing an offensive rebound.

The goal is to increase the space between

yourself and the rim so that you have a bigger
chance of the ball landing in your territory.

c. Get
Finally, pursue the basketball.
