Thank you for considering Virtalus to take part in addressing your company’s requirement for private cloud
infrastructure. We are proud to propose and deliver Virtalus HyperCX Bento — our flagship product which
we highly take pride in.
HyperCX Bento, Virtalus’ private cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering, enables higher efficiency for
the provision of enhanced performance of the deployed application workloads on the private cloud. It is a
hyper-converged cloud platform that enables increased usability of the available resources. It leverages
bare metal containers and an industry-leading hyper-converged design to rapidly deploy, run and control
application workloads on the go without any prior knowledge regarding the platform. HyperCX Bento has
been designed to streamline the deployment, administration, and scalability of the data center.
Attached herewith is our commercial proposal for the configuration of your required capacity.

Virtalus’ solution is designed and tailored to the client’s needs, providing answers to specific issues and
adding the capability to scale and expand, according to the client’s commercial needs. Our flexible,
scalable, and robust platform was designed to streamline your approach, saving you time every step of the
way.
NO Utilization Cost

a. Prices
Prices are quoted in USD and are valid ONE-MONTH from the date of this proposal.
b. Special Offer
Virtalus will provide the following services to Converge ICT Solutions FREE of Charge:
Initial payment is due upon activation of account and signing of service acceptance form.
e. Late Payment
If amount is not paid forty-five (45) days after the due date, Virtalus will suspend the Service/s at
its own discretion, unless prior arrangements have been made by the CLIENT with Virtalus.
g. Acceptance Policy
Upon signing of the Sales Proposal, Virtalus shall immediately undertake the necessary actions
and activities to implement the subscribed services.
Upon completion of the service provisioning, Virtalus shall advice the CLIENT then will commence
billing upon receipt of signed service acceptance form.
h. Delivery Lead Time
Service provisioning is within 15 working days upon confirmation of this proposal and acceptance.
i. Service Period
The minimum service period for the SERVICE/S, as described and provided herein, is from
acceptance date to end of contract.
ACCEPTANCE
The undersigned hereby acknowledges to have read and fully understood the foregoing, and agree to each
of the terms and conditions of this Proposal.
