¡Hola! Te recomendamos usar este material una vez hayas terminado de realizar los ejercicios en
PRACTISE- EXERCISE 2 en el recurso. El objetivo es que poco a poco comprendas lo que escuchas en
inglés sin necesidad de usar este recurso. Pero sabemos que estamos empezando, y usar este recurso
te puede ayudar mucho al comienzo.

SECTION 2: LISTENING COMPREHENSION

PRACTISE: EXERCISE 2
Listen to five teenagers talking about their favourite room at home. Listen to the
activity they do in that room and circle the correct option: a), b) or c). You will hear
each dialogue twice. Number one is the example.

Example:

Number 1

A: Hi Carla! What’s your favourite room at home?

B: Hello, I like sleeping in this room. I also do my homework and dance here every day.

The correct answer is C. The bedroom.

B: Hello! I really like singing here. Especially when I take a shower here every morning.

A: Hello! What’s your favourite place at home, Joel?

B: Hello! I think my favourite place is where my family and I have breakfast, lunch and
dinner every day.

A: Hi Gloria! What’s your favourite room at home?

B: Hello! I do my homework here because the table is big. My family and I have lunch
here too.
