Q.1. Imagine that you have to submit a short report to the Director of Human Resources of your company,
Paper Products, Inc., Kathmandu. In the report, you will have to present the advantages and disadvantages of
e-learning and making a recommendation about whether Paper Products, Inc., should invest time and money
in training its employees this way. Now prepare a detailed report plan, in which you include –

Introduction
E learning is the methodology learning through is internet. As we know we are in the 21 st century which is
known as the age of technology so we need to utilize the technology which adds efficiency and effectiveness in
our work.
Statement of Problem
Due to the impact of Globalization there is strong competition in the market and customer can access any
things from any part of the world in hand just in a minute so every organization is facing throat cut
competition. At this time the important of e learning is increased day by day. Due to this pandemic situation of
covid 19 and for the preventation of this virus we need to follow the rules of WHO where physical distance is
most important .So many organization of the world is going virtual now days .For the virtual work style its
most essential the training to the employees which helps to run daily activities smoothly and increased the
revenue of the organization.
Purpose and scope
The main purpose of this study is access of the e-learning in our organization and its impact in the work
performance of the employees. And the personal growth of the employees in the organization from training
and its direct impact for boost the productivity of the organization. We also analyze the performance report of
our competitors who already implicated the e-learning in their organization.

Sources and Methods of Data Collection (Methodology)


At the initial stage of data collection will start with the secondary sources, mainly from inside the organization.
Existing data in the form of employees’ skills development report, product performance report, cost and
revenue (income) report, Audit report will be referred. Outside resources will be referred to collect data on
employees’ skill development, market competition, and advantages and disadvantages of eLearning trainings.
For primary data, a survey of the employees will be conducted also we will create a survey through Google
docs so as to find out their views on the issues.

Preliminary outline
Following is the preliminary outline for the study:
I. Is eLearning training benefiting our employees?
A. Are the employee are ready to adopt the eLearning?
B. How will this strategy benefit to our employees performance?
C. What are perspectives of the employees towards eLearning?

II. Are the other companies adopting this strategy already?
A. Are they successful with the strategy?
B. What are the major challenges they have faced with this strategy?
C. Are there other option rather than e Learning?
III. What are the major considerations if you implement the e learning policy?
A. What are the major advantages of this policy?
B. What are the major threats?
C. How much is expected budget for implement for this strategy?
