    There are 2 gaps in Free goods ,

    1.In Quotation Free goods cannot be determined.

    2, in Free goods Order num 3 , free goods condition update( Common gaps in all company )

    Customization in Sales Documents :

    Requirement : There are 4 Dist channel , Dealer, Distributor ,institution and Direct(Government) , Business want o create the Order to
    institution and Direct always with reference mandatory to Quotation .

    Solu : WeO2are created 2 diffrenct order type ZSO1 for Dealer and distributor and ZSO2 for instuition and Direct as reference mandatory
    in Sales document .

    Additional Req : Some time end user some time mistakenly create order ZSO1 with reference to quotation , So How to fix?

    Solu : We can fix this issue by assigning the Sales area to sales documents , So it restric create the order

    Business wants to put the release orsder strategy to sales order, how can we do that?

    Sol : We can create the status profile and assign to the sales document types
