Autowise.ai provider of sanitation driving solution. Autowise.ai (Xiantu Intelligence)


is provider of the cleaning sanitation technologyand was established in Aug 2017 by
Chao Huang.
Their tagline is “Smarter driving technology, better urban life”, this tells that they are
more focused on the better and cleaner urban life ,which also means that targeted
customer is more promintly urban or living in cities.
For achieving this motto they launched unmanned cleaning fleet in March 2018 which
covers all environment sanitation model from 3 to 16 tonnes.
At present they have different models in fleet which are used in medium , small and
many types of application scenarios such as urban streets,enclosed venues and high
speed elevated,bridges and tunnels.

Solution:
1. Product: Self driving control cleaning control system, including core modules
such as perception, planning, control. The system has wide adaptability and
does not depend on specific manufactures cleaning vehicles.
2. Technology: Sensor group ,Vehicle control system, Fleet cloud management.
3. Customized Solution: According to specific use scenario and cleaning
requirement, select suitable vehicle models and design cleaning schemems
which can be applied to diverse scenarios.

which are arises in cleaning and sanitizing the city streets.
1. First problem in city is traffic and signals, so Autowise is using static
information recognition which helps them to identify traffic lights ,signs,
marking as well.
2. Autowise has also provided automatic wake up times for the machine,which
will help them to wake up and start the operation.
3. Welt cleaning is the thing in which vehicle recognizes the roadside and brush
sweeps closely to roadside to improve the cleaning efficiency.
4. Overhead cleaning ,fully covered trajectories generated on unstructutred roads
to ensure that there are no dead corners when sweeping.
5. During the cleaning process a online map is drawn so as to counter the
changing scenes.
6. Adding to all above points as the vehicles are full automated the provided with
vehicle detection and tracking ahead, pedestrian and non motor vehicle
identification ,obstacle detecting. This is done so that the vehicles do not cause
any accidents.

Autowise is a china based organisation and most of their customers are in and around
Beijing and Shanghai. Adding to it domain in which the organisation is operating is
directly releated to govt and public so hence communication channels are decided as
per that requirement.
1. News:As mentioned above its major business comes from the china biggest
city , so hence to reach major audience the are using Chinese and foreign
news portals like CCTV, Peoples Daily,NKH,ITAR ,with that it also helped
them to gain attention from the foreign customers also.They highlighted this
news articles on their website.
2. Social Media:
a)WECHAT: is Chinese social media app ,which is like combination of
Facebook and whatsapp .Basically it is a multiuse app and mostly importantly
is very famous in china. So on website they have provided a Qr code which
will directly take you to the account of org on we chat.
b)YouTube:Autowise also has a you tube channel on which they uploaded
videos showing their automated vehicles doing the work.They are using this
channel to target mostly foreign customers.

Autowise has used their website cleverly so to promote their products.As
products sold by the organisation are like one time buy so customer would like
to see them in actual operation and hence to provide them the actual
experience.They have provided the location where products are being used
