Automatic Car Wash will provide new and electrifying services of car wash to the customers.
INTRODUCTION
This new idea of car wash will all be automatic in which what customers have to do this is that they just
have to enter into the car wash tunnel and without even coming out of the car first they will enter into
the initial part of tunnel in which they will get their car water spray and then high pressured water will
remove all the dust and spots, after that the car will automatically shift into second part of tunnel which
will spray the shampoo all over the car with the help of automated hand robots and then at the last
stage of tunnel in which dryer machine will dry the car with in a second. This whole process of wash will
take just 10-15 minutes.
People now a day do not have time to wait for their turn in manual car wash as well as people are more
sloped toward technology so this is the right time to enter the market with technology because there is
currently no direct competitor of automated car wash. There is a requirement of introducing this
technology.

The third step is high-pressure tint, which removes all the dirt from the surface. A pressure
pump supports the washing arch for cleaning the tire.

Soap system sprays soap and different chemicals over the car surface.

After the washing is done, wax is sprayed on the surface to give them a shiny finish.
INDUSRTY ANALYSIS
Manual carwash industry is highly established in our city however automatic carwash industry is new to
the market. There are no entry barriers for introducing in this business and there is a need of
introducing these types of services in this market.
Most of the people living there are from upper middle class and they have their own cars and they have
enough resources to pay for automatic car wash. There are a smaller number of opponents in this
market hence we have potential growth in this market .
Operations
The business is financed by one person personal savings. Location has been owned by owners himself. In
addition, Equipment includes three heavy duty water pumps, one vacuum cleaner, one computer
terminal, and one cash register. All the equipment will be depreciated over three years.
Also, the facility of water boring is available which helps in running our operation smoothly
Installation
The equipment will be installed by techno wash company who is currently working in Pakistan and
company will charge 4 lac fees for installation.

Automatic Car wash business need to be investment of 6 million rupees which will totally be invested by
the owner himself.

The tactic behind our business is to attract & retain those customers who will be our repeated
users. It will not be difficult to attract customers throughout the seasonal months (summer) and
on the weekends, especially in winter people less think about having their car wash.

Hence the growth rate of sales is 6% per month. We have determined the sales level realistically by
analyzing the sales level of existing manual car wash stations.
CONCLUSION
The graphical and statistical analysis shows that the need of the new technology of car wash
Service is high and the people are willing and want to wash their cars in such a place where their
car paint is not damaged and a better wash is given.
Very important factor is that people can save their time as this car wash takes only 5 to 10
minutes in washing, cleaning & drying.
So, this new technology should be introduced to our market because many potential customers
are waiting for such services.
