Ranita Sari as Patients

Sesar Andriyono as Ranita’s husband

Dea Septiawati as Nurse

Irfani Dewi Maulidiyah as Doctor

Mrs. Rani, felt that her body condition was not good since three weeks ago. He complained
of coughing and in the last few days he saw blood in his coughing sputum. After feeling that
her body condition was deteriorating, she decided to go to the hospital with her husband
that morning.

(after taking a number, and queuing at the hospital general clinic).

Nurse (D) : Mrs. Ranita.


Patient (R) :Yes, it is me
Nurse (D) : good morning Mrs. Ranita, what is your reason to see Doctor Irfani today?
Patient (R) : good morning nurse, well, i had this persistent cough for three weeks last. The
last two days it got worse accompanied by blood. Me has felt tired, and sometimes has headaches
and stomach aches.
Nurse (D) : Have you taken your medicine?
Patient (R) : Only vitamins.
Nurse (D) : What vitamins are you taking?
Patient (R) : I take multi-vitamin tablets every day.
Nurse (D) : Do you have a history of TB disease?
Patient (R) : Not.
Nurse (D) : OK. Please wait here for a moment. Doctor Irfani will come soon.
Patient (R) :Thank you.
Mr. The fault at that time was in the waiting room close to the general poly room. Seeing
nurse Dea come out of the poly room, he rushed to ask about his curiosity about an illness
that he was worried about his wife.

Patient's Husband (S) : nurse, I want to ask a little about tuberculosis, can you explain?
Nurse (D) : Of course, maybe I can help Mr. Sesar a little
Patient's Husband (S) : What are the signs that someone has TB disease?
Nurse (D) : Coughing for more than 3 weeks may be accompanied by blood
Patient's Husband (S) : Tuberculosis transmitted through what media?
Nurse (D) : Through the sputum of the patient who comes out when coughing, you
can too through dust, eating / drinking utensils containing TB germs
Patient's Husband (S) : Can TB disease be cured completely?

Patient's Husband (S) : What lifestyle should we have in order to avoid disease Tuberculosis?
Nurse (D) : A healthy lifestyle is the key, because we don't know when we will
exposed to TB germs
Patient's Husband (S) : Okay thank you
Nurse (D) : Thank you again.

After responding to Mr. For Caesarean, nurse Dea continued her journey to call Doctor
Irfani.

(Doctor Irfani came to the general clinic room, met Mrs. Rani with a stethoscope on her
neck).

Doctor (I) : Good morning Mrs. Ranita


Patient (R) : Good morning, Doctor
Doctor (I) : I see here that you started feeling tired two days ago, and then
you start having bad headaches. You feel too stomach ache. and a persistent cough since two
weeks ago. Do you have a fever too?
Patient (R) : No, doctor.
Doctor (I) : Have you had insomnia lately?
Patient (R) : Well, it's really hard for me to fall asleep when I go to sleep. Me, too woke up
many times at night.
Doctor (I) : Ok, Have there been any changes in your weight recently?
Patient (R) : Yes, the last time I checked I lost 5kg.
Doctor (I) : Do you smoke?
Patient (R) : Not.
Doctor (I) : Looks like you have symptoms of TB. Stress causes pain head, stomach pain,
and difficulty sleeping. Try to relax. Do you exercising?
Patient (R) : No Doc, I never do sports.
Doctor (I) : Exercise will help strengthen mentally and physically. Start doing it.
Patient (R) : OK Doc.
Doctor (I) : I think that's enough. Come back to see me again if symptoms persist, and I'll do
further tests. I'll give you the recipe. Are you allergic to any medications?
Patient (R) : There is no.
Doctor (I) : OK, you have to take this medicine three times a day after you eat.
Patient (R) : Thank you, Doctor.
Doctor (I) : Thank you again.

After being examined and given medicine by Dr. Irfani, Ny. Rani leaves the room relieved.
She told her husband that his illness was not serious, it was just that he was tired and
stressed.
After that incident Mr. Sesar and Mrs. Rani is diligent in exercising to maintain her health.
