* CHARGES TO STUDENTS WITHDRAWING/ DROPPING *

When a student registers in the school, it is understood that he is enrolling for the entire semester.

A student who withdraws his/her enrollment will be charged as follows: The full matriculation fee is non-refundable; 10% charge
on tuition and laboratory fees, full payment on miscellaneous fee if the enrollment is withdrawn within the first week of classes; 20%
charge on tuition and laboratory fees, full payment on miscellaneous fee if the enrollment is withdrawn within the second week of classes;
50% charge on tuition and laboratory fees, full payment on miscellaneous fee if the enrollment is withdrawn within the third week of
classes; full payment on tuition, laboratory and miscellaneous fees if enrollment is withdrawn within the fourth week of classes, regardless
of whether or not the student has actually attended the classes.
EXCEPTION: LRC, ESL & COCD courses are non-refundable regardless of whether or not the student has actually attended the
classes.
