OVERVIEW:

With a vision to provide quality Transformers to cater the ongoing need of the Indian & International
market, the manufacturing facility was started with a handful dedicated employees in the year 1999 by our
founder Mr. KAILASH G. GURUD who himself is a technocrat. He started his carrier as an engineer with one
of the leading Transformer manufacturer and that was the beginning of long march. Now the company
spreads it’s wings throughout the country, having branches in Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahemadabad,
Hydrabad. The company is having compounded annual growth of 30% with numerous satisfied clients all
over India which shows our product quality & our prompt service.

ACHIVEMENT:
NTIPL received Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification on dtd. 24/01/2017 for supply of
Distribution Transformers under IS 1180 : part 1: 2014 LEVEL I, II & III.

experience in Designing, Manufacturing & Testing of Transformer upto 100MVA/132KV.

We set up a Sales Agencies at various State levels like Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujrat, West Bangal,
Tamilnadu, Andra Pradesh, Goa, Div Daman.
Transformers are available on RENTAL BASIS upto 2500KVA & 33KV for Customers temporary
need. For enhancing the Life of Transformer & for avoiding darkness due to failure we introduce
ANNUAL MAINTANANCE CONTRACT SCHEME with Preventive Maintenance.

INSPECTION:
After completion of the Transformer process Transformer inspection is carried out in presence of
inspection authority as per requirment of client.

DESIGNING:
Transformer is designed & Manufactured as per requirement of Customer. Transformer designed
basically with Low Iron & Copper losses & Higher Efficiency suitable to give long service, with low
recurring cost like 3 star & 5 star Transformers under BIS & BEE specifications.

SPECIFICATION:
Transformer Manufactured as per State Electricity Board Specification & also utilized the following
Specification : IS-1180 part 1:2014 /2026 /1987 as per BIS standard, IS-11171, IEC -76 & other
International specifications.
