1 Project Introduction
• In today's world, people using smart phones have increased rapidly and hence, a smart
phone can be used efficiently for personal security or various other protection purposes.
The odious incident that outraged the entire nation have waken us to go for the safety
issues and so a host of new apps have been developed to provide security systems to
citizen via their phones. A woman/old citizen/children are not much powerful when
compared to men physically in crisis situation and needs a helping hand to relive
them.We have seen many areas that are not safe for women/children and many situations
when our old citizen feels that they are unsafe in that situations and areas they need a
help.Senior citizen are as or perhaps more vulnerable than other weaker sections of a
society against threats, crimes, and violence. Murder of elderly couple for valuables is not
uncommon these days.
 The Victim Human Helper application can be used by the all citizen like children old
aged citizen who are in the situation when they want any security purpose help of. The
main purpose this application is to provide the safety assurance of the old
citizen/females/children to their parents/relatives. This is also act as guard for the old
citizen/females/children in the critical situation. Senior citizen are as or perhaps more
vulnerable than other weaker sections of a society against threats, crimes, and violence.
Murder of elderly couple for valuables is not uncommon these days. So our application
is not only useful to woman but also useful for senior/old citizen.

1.2 Project Purpose

• The purpose of this application is to provide old citizen/females/children to contact their
parents/relatives by only pressing their mobile phone's power button three times.
• They can also contact the emergency services provided by the government according to
the situation. The emergency services will be of ambulance, fire brigade and police
• As a person press the power button three times it sends the location of that person and
alert message using text message to the contacts added by his/her.
• So their relatives/guardians can track them.
• It also sends the pictures captured by victim’s mobile when he/she press power button.
• Our main purpose is to provide security to the citizen of any age or gender.
• Another purpose is to give on time emergency service in any area.

1.3 Project Scope

 Main aim of our application is to develop a mobile application that would enable
persons in emergency situations to seek help from their relatives that could provide
assistance.
 As most of us have a smart phone nowadays, it would be smart to use these devices in
 important matters such as to save our lives.
 It is true that mobile phones do not guarantee our safety, but they can be of good help in
seeking it.
 The user will provide the application with the necessary contact information that would
be needed in emergency cases. User can add nearby police stations and security service
organizations.
 The application would have the ability to handle different emergency cases including Fire
brigade, Police or Ambulance for medical emergency.
 In case of a dangerous situation, the user will be able to seek help with less effort from
persons that are set in the list of contacts for the emergency.
