why the port number of 3-way handshake is not same with the port

numbers of netstat command?

Port number is a logical construct that identifies a specific

process or types of network service. Handshaking and netstat
are two different processes. Handshake is automated process
to establish connection between two participats with exchange
of small information for communication . For this purpose
network adapter will create logical port for incoming and
outgoing data transmission. The created or reserved port
number cannot use for another process if, which will cause
packet collision, result data loss.
netstat (network statistics) is a command line tool for
monitoring network connections both incoming and outgoing as
well as viewing routing tables, interface statistics etc Netstat
is another process created by user of computer, which will use
separate port number for incoming and outgoing of data
transmission. For different process and services same port
number cannot use, which end with data loss.
