Achievements in the sector of Education:

1. Teaching Hindi to +1 and +2 class of Govt. schools since 22-05-2000, i.e. more than
19 years as Lecturer (Hindi) in Himachal Pradesh Govt. Education Department.
During this period worked in six schools scattered in 3 districts of the state
including tribal district of Kinnaur. Presently posted as Lecturer(Hindi) cum Vice
Principal at Govt. Model senior Secondary School Narag, Tehsil Pachhad, District
Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh since 31-08-2015. Also working as Officiating
Principal.
2. Results of all classes during entire teaching job is always above 90%, mostly 100%.
3. Worked as Editor-in-chief in 7 annual school magazines. also the designing, typing
and composing work of these magazines for saving govt. money. Inculcated the
creativity among the students.
4. Designed websites of two schools including the present school. Maintaining the
website of present school.
5. Encouraging the teaching through multimedia technics and paperless teaching by
using Smart classrooms, projector etc.
6. Familiarized the Unicode fonts of Hindi in official working as well as search engines
for facilitating students.
7. Encouraged the students for environment protection through Eco Club activities.
Particularly introduced them with the medicinal plants and there usage in daily life.
8. Introduced new system of google forms to speedy collect and reproduce the
information from all 19 schools controlled by me as Block Project Officer (ISSE)
Narag Education Block.
9. Implemented Mukhya Mantri Aadarsh Vidyalaya Yojna (Model school scheme) as
incharge in the present school. Establishment of modern Public library, two smart
classrooms, Gymnasium, Model computer lab is major achievements of the
scheme.
10. Presently incharge of Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan(RMSA), Public Library,
Repair and maintenance. Also member of School Building Fund Committee,
School Management Committee and Sanitation Committee.
11. Imparted training to various teachers, parents and society through Block Resource
Centre on globalization of education, Right to education Act etc.
12. Presenting various poems through All India Radio Shimla since 1985. Published
numerous articles in various magazines and newspapers.
13. One Books already published comparison of Kabir and Tulsi. Five other books on
Poems, short stories, Srimadbhagvad Geeta, Bhagwat Mahapuran,
Ramcharitmanas, Tourism in Himachal Pradesh are under process.
14. Worked as an active member in the curriculum designing group of State Council for
Educational Research and Training Solan for writing new text books of Hindi
subject for 3rd, 4th and 5th classes of Himachal Pradesh.
