eHealth Innovation: “Health Tracker”

Description:
The innovation we came up with automatically analyzes the person’s baseline health data,
including the Pulse Rate, Respiration Rate, Temperature, Blood Pressure, Arterial Blood Gases
O2 saturation, Complete Blood Count, Blood Typing, Blood sugar level, Basic & Complete
Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel, Enzyme Markers, Sexually transmitted Diseases
and Coagulation Panel. This device is inserted in the brachial area, through this the overall health
of the patient or person which has the device is analyzed through testing the patient’s blood and
provides a more timely and accurate diagnosis of the patient’s alteration in his/her body.
Although the Health Tracker only analyzes the patient’s blood this device can have a large
impact in the medical world because it saves the patient a lot of time as well, they will no longer
have to endure multiple needle pricks from the normal testing of illnesses. The Health Tracker
also comes with an app in which the person can monitor his or her health data.

For the conclusion, the eHealth innovation product which is the eHealth tracker enables a
person to monitor his/her vital signs (blood pressure, pulse rate, heart rate, respiratory rate, and
temperature) in everyday activities and also a convenient product which allows the person to
save time instead of going to a health center or hospitals. It also helps a person from buying
apparatuses which can cost a lot of money. This product also saves money from doing such
laboratories that monitors blood glucose, arterial blood gases, complete blood count, complete
metabolic panel, lipid panel, thyroid panel, and enzyme markers. A person who needs blood can
help a patient to determine quickly his/her blood type that will lessen the time for blood typing.
The transmission of diseases are also determined by this eHealth tracker so the spread can be
contained.
