You will plan, shoot, and edit a 1-minute video featuring a day in the life of X (an object).
The goal of this project for the audience to empathize with X by using creative camera
angles, shot types, moves, and editing cuts.
You can focus on YOU as the subject, or a pencil. That is completely up to you.
PART 1 - PLAN
1. List at least 5 different objects that you and your partner are considering using as
“X” for this project. Bold the one that you choose to use after discussion with your
partner.
1. PC
2. Phone
3. Pencil
4. Bed
5. Cup
The PC is used mostly in the morning, at 9:00 usually. The human using it is 14 years old and
plays
video games on it and edits. The PC gets tired once in a while, sometimes like humans need to
go to the doctor. PC's need to get new parts so they feel better. In the afternoon, the PC is still
being used. The PC becomes faster, due to it's daily cleansing of files. Almost like, how humans
digest in the bathroom except they're digesting in the recycle bin inside. If a PC gets sick, it's
because of a virus. The user needs to install an anti-virus program or malware to help it improve
and not break. During the evening, the PC takes a break because the user is going to play on
another platform. The PC can be used for anything, but he rivals with someone and that is the
14-year old's PS4 Pro. The user has all his games on there, so there's no surprise he gets on it
often. The PC gets jealous and turns it's fan led colors and cooling system red. At night, the Pc
can be used sometimes from 12:00 - 3:00am
Lastly the PC sleeps for a good 8 hours, while it's insides still work.
