Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Virupaksh Vikram Singh Kachwaha, an Indian citizen currently studying at National

Law University, New Delhi. I am pursuing BALLB program and presently in 2ND year of
my college. I plan to visit the Netherlands to attend a Summer School at the Vrije
Universiteit, Amsterdam from 6th July 2019 till 20th July 2019. I enrolled for the same and
got accepted for the International Criminal Justice course. I have taken accommodation at
Hostel Jansen and confirmation for the same is attached in the Acceptance letter.

In view of the above submission, I request your good office to kindly issue me a study visa in
order to proceed with the proposed itinerary.

I am enclosing herewith following documents for your kind perusal,

1. Passport
2. Visa application form duly filled
3. Student letter and NOC(from my current university)
4. Letter of Acceptance from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam
5. Bank statement and Income tax return(proof of financial means), along with sponsorship
letter
6. Proof of means of transport and lodging
7. Travel insurance
