Discussion 7 APA Formatting 1

Top of the management is where decisions are mostly made and it all depends on the top

management as they are in charge of what the decisions might pass on under the level. We

should be realistic about the top decisions and should also give the lower level a chance to get

involved by taking at least into consideration about their thoughts and their ideas regarding the

subject. There are many factors to consider based on the upper management decision and

whom to choose at upper management based on what my experience tells me is that

Leadership skills and communications play an important part in leading at the top management.

It has come in times where i has seen this very much in top board of directors making decision

which they are not that technical about the subject but still they make the right decision and

make it work through it which I think is because of their leadership skills.
