The role of intuition in decision making is one of the positive main reason I have so much

confidence in my decisions about different day to day activities. The reason behind is that you

don't have to have reasons behind any judgment that you do and its all by your instincts. I have

older people have more of a good intuition while decision making that younger people do its all

about the experience that what I think. Like the other office day there was a decision to be,

made about whether to have an office engineer in charge for a weekend shift for a traffic switch

as I work in construction engineering and I have one office engineer working under and I used

my Observant Intuition to let him relax for the weekend without asking him if he can or not

simply because that guy is going to spend some time with himself as his wife died 2 days back

so I used another competent person instead. (Resnik, D. B., 2017)
