 I would like to make a reservation for two nights
 Well, could you give me your personal data?
 Of course.
 Oh I forgot to tell her i want a double room for next week
 sorry but all our double rooms will be occupied next week
 Oh, well then could you change it to another date that is available?
 of course
 ok , then i'll change it for next month
 perfect our rooms will be available for that month
 ok thank you very much then i will come next month bye
 we will be waiting for you
