NARRATIVE REPORT
PLANNING STAGE
We started our planning activity right away in order not to waste our time. We
combined our ideas and what they want to happen. We exchanged thoughts and came up with
good planning activity. We set the timetable and the contribution. Each member has their own
assignment. To prepare on the first day of our business, we need to overnight to cook our
products early in the morning. Also, we will always wake up very early to be exact 4 am for us
not to be late in our duty until the last day of our business. We are very excited but a little bit
nervous because whether it will result positive or negative outcome. But we are as one with
teamwork and we will help each other to achieve our goal and plans. Especially, this experience
will going to be very memorable and helpful to each of us. It will give us knowledge on how to
be a businesswoman/businessman.

First day: December 13, 2017

After the Parade of Participants, the group decided to start setting up the tables and
venue for the business. The original location was in front of the Senior High School Building,
beside another group from ABM – A. However they relocated in front of the Administration
Building because there is a possibility that the students can’t see our business and it is far from
comers so we also decided to relocate. The group sold mojos (12 pesos for 3 pcs. and 6 pesos
each), pineapple juice (10 pesos), and chocolate jelly (12 pesos). There are also combos
available, such as mojos + pineapple juice (22 pesos) and cheese rings + pineapple juice (22
pesos). There are originally 345 pesos inside the cashbox for change purposes. The mojos and
pineapple juice sold out unexpectedly quick, prompting the group to close early by 11:30 am.
By 12:00 pm, Snack Attack was close for the day. Based on the first day of our business, we
realized that we need to prepare more food we sell especially mojos and pineapple juice
because those are the products they patronized. Overall, the sale of the business was
profitable.

Second day: December 18, 2017

Unfortunately, our schedule has been moved due to weather conditions like heavy and
long rainfall. The original date of our business should be December 13-15, 2017. In the second
day of our business, we are completely ready because we already know what will going to
happen based on the first day. We are very prepared about our products and services such as
there is a division of labor so that it looks so organize and properly. Also, our business used tent
in order to ready whether it is rain or shine. The business began after lunch, due to the time
consumed to prepare the products. This time, the stall is located a bit farther from the
Administration Building, near the intersection of the two main pathways of the campus. The
group sold pineapple juice (10 pesos), mojos (6 pesos apiece, and 15 pesos for 3 pcs. an
increase from the first day of operation) and chocolate chip cookies (5 pesos apiece). There are
also combos, like mojos + pineapple juice (22 pesos) and cheese rings + pineapple juice (22
pesos). By 3:00 pm, the mojos and chocolate cookies were sold out. The business closed by 4:00
pm. Overall, the sale of the business was also profitable.

Third day: December 19, 2017

The business began by 9:30 am, at the same location from the second day (near the
intersection of two main pathways on campus). We are teamwork to set up and prepare our
business so that we can easily start our business with properly arrangement. The group sold
mojos (6 pesos per piece and 15 pesos for 3 pcs) and pineapple juice (10 pesos), with the only
mojos + pineapple juice (22 pesos) combo available. The judging/grading occurred sometime
between 10:30 to 11:00. Due to the cheerleading competition that will happen on the grounds
at 1:00 pm, the group opted to close the business by 12:00, also due to the fact that the mojos
once again sold out. Not only the mojos sold out but also the cheese rings, cookies and
pineapple juice. Overall, the sale of the business was profitable again but not that high like in
the first and second day because we just prepared food only for morning.
