Chargahabad Tehsil and District Peshawar KPK, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare
on oath that the Information furnished by me in the Documents which I have Submitted
for the Post of Steno-typist BPS-14 in the Department of Intelligence Bureau Govt: of
Islamabad Pakistan are True and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and
nothing has been kept concealed therein. More So, I am well aware of the fact that if
any information given in the said Documents proved false or incorrect I may be
proceeded under the provision of law for furnishing false information.
