“Unanimously resolved by all the members of the company that a

local currency account shall be and is hereby opened in Meezan
Bank Limited, Khyber Bazar Peshawar, to facilitate the
monetary transactions of the Company.”

“Further resolved that Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Khan Director

is hereby authorized to operate the said bank account on behalf of
