AFFIDAVIT FROM THE OWNER

I Mr.MUSA KALIM S/O HAJI GHULAM RABBANI owner of House No, 30,
street No, 81, Sector G-13/1, Islamabad the deponent do hereby declare on oath as
under.

That I am the wholly Solely Owner of House No. 30, Street no.81, sector G-13,
Islamabad and declare that i have rented only the ground portion of the above said
house i.e (one) 1 bedroom, (one)1 sitting lounge and bath to Mr.Syed Muhammad
Komail Abbas Rizvi . The said ground portion of the house has not been hired by any
Organization nor it will be given on hiring for period mentioned with Ministry of
Planning Development & Special Initiatives i.e for period of (1) one year i.e 01-05-
2020 till 30th-04-2021 on the terms and conditions agreed upon in Rent Agreement
with Mr . Syed Komail Abbas Rizvi. In case of any violation by any of the party will
be liable for legal action for cheating as per Renting Law of Government of Pakistan.

I reassure to Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives that said ground
portion of house will not be sublet to any other party and Rent Agreement can be
further extended with mutual consent of both the parties, otherwise it can be
terminated with one month notice in advance by either party after expiry of first (6)
six months period .
