Boss ME 25 patches . boz52

I tried to download some patches for my ME-25 but found that some are .mid Ules instead of the .m2l Ule. Any way to convert them to work with the
ME-25? Thanks

To Import ".Mid" patch Ules on ME -25 unit. ( to create a Library Ule ready to be installed later can be done with or without the USB connection to the
ME25)

(NOTE: I do not know if this is the correct method , but it seems to work.)

(1)
Download Ules to a folder on your PC
(2)
Open BOSS Librarian software.
with main window in "Memory" section.
(3)
Open a new Library window
(4)
Click in the memory window to select it
(5)
From the Ule menu select "Import SMF"( Standard Midi File)
CLick OK when Overwrite warning window appears.
(6)
Navigate to Saved download folder and select Ule (one Ule at at time) then cLick Open
(7)
New Patch now occupies one of the patch divisions.
(8)
Click (Select) the new Patch(es)
From the EDIT Menu click "Copy
(9)
Click on the top line of the "New" library window.
Patch now in New Ule window
From the EDIT menu click "Insert"
(10)Repeat above for any other imported MIDI patches
(11)Save the Library Ule with a suitable name.

Now you can Install the Load the Patches using the newly created .M2l Ule when your USB is connected.

If you don"t like Librarian, there are a freeware software better than Boss oUcial software: ME-25 Edit.
