The document discusses culture and what defines a good or bad culture. It provides examples of both. A bad culture is one that forces beliefs on others against their will or involves gossiping about people behind their back. A good culture treats all people equally regardless of appearance or background and makes them feel valued. The example given is of correcting a coworker who is not following proper rules and procedures at work, which provides an opportunity for them to learn and improve, rather than being a negative experience.

1. Does culture something we can define as right or wrong? Why?
In my opinion it is what an individual has their own culture or
possibly as the time goes by it can develop their own culture or change his culture like the attitude, values and beliefs. It is something that we can define as right or wrong. Why? Because it is the way of our living. It presents how we grow, what we believe, traditions, language, what matters to us, and sometimes it is the basis of the things that we do if we are going to apply the baby steps that we’ve done in life. It shows how the we express our own thoughts, opinions and imagination. Lastly, we must respect everyone’s culture so that we can avoid some misunderstandings and we must think a lot of times before we proceed to the next decision that we are going to make. It is important because it reflects on our history, a gift from the past.
2. What makes a bad culture or a good culture in your own opinion?
Please provide an example.
For me a bad culture is that when you’re telling to someone what
they needed to do or something that will force them just only to apply the things you believe, to the point that it is already against their will. And talking about to someone behind their back, the best example for this one is being a gossip. For the good culture is that when you look at someone not depending on how they look, or the color of the skin, you still look at them as equal that can make them feel valued in all of the aspects of their lives even though your professional or not. My example is you are working for the company for 5 years and you are aware about the culture of it and how the rules and regulations run there. Then notice that one of your co-workers is not following the rules and taking advantage of those good people on the company and you are aware that he should be corrected on the things that he does. The next day, you decided to tell him to respect and follow proper the rules and procedures of the company because it is not a good impression of him as a newbie. For me, being corrected by someone is not bad at all but it is a great opportunity to apply the new knowledge you learn from someone.
