Exposure: This image is taken on a PA view doc with bilateral lung expansion.

 The scapula is projected outside the lung fields

 The lung apex is shown above the clavicles
 Posterior ribs are distinct above the diaphragm
Airway: The trachea is at the midline. No visible obstructions seen
Bones: Bony thoracic cage is intact. No visible fractures.
Cardiac: Prominent vascular markings seen on the upper lung fields. Cardiac size is enlarged,
suggesting a pathologic congenital heart disease. This is probably a boot-shaped heart, with a
right ventricular hypertrophy. T/C TOF, suggest 2d echo for this. Mediastinum is not displaced.
Cardiothoracic ratio is increased (>0.60) suggesting a cardiomegaly. Aortic knob is visible.
Diaphragm: Diaphragm and sulci are unremarkable.
Effusion: (Minimal haziness seen on the right lobe?) Right and left costophrenic angles are sharply
defined (or blunted?).
Lung fields: Consolidation/Pulmonary infiltrates.
IMPRESSION:
LABS: CBC, ABG, 2D Echocardiograhy, UA- REFER TO CARDIOSURGERY
