DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEETING.

1 Quorum verification was done and the meeting begins with the attendance of one (1) person.
The customer arrives at the established Company, Carolay Carrillo, Architect by profession in search of a

solution on fissures in the slab.
The civil solutions company specialized in structural design and the engineer Antonio Andrade with his
3 legal representative Alex Feres introduce themselves, dialogue with Carolay Carrillo and present the
company's services document.
The Architect Carolay Carrillo, indicates that she has an architectural project carried out in city of
4 Barranquilla and needs a structural solution and a Civil Engineer specialized in structures to help her and
verify it.
The company shows that they do have this service, but to make site visits they are independent of the
advice and structural solution, the one day visit has a cost of $ 500,000 co., Plus travel expenses and the
structural advice of $850 / m2. The fissure it was observed by means of a photograph and it could be

seen that the slab is cracked due to poor design. The client was convinced to continue with the design
services of the company. Also, the plans were reviewed and it was observed that there was a
misinterpretation of the reinforcing steel that the slab carries and that is why a crack presented over time.
6 The client accepted the redesign of the slab, the change of reinforcing steel and all its terms as soon as

possible because It is a project to be delivered in the short term. Also, an advance visit was accepted for
the review:
Visit: $500,000 co.
Extra expenses: $100.000 co.
