What We Are Learning This Week! Reminders:

This week in school, we will be working on the following:
 Learning each other’s names while playing various
“name games”
 Practicing our “Morning Routine”, which includes
calendar time, shapes, colors, counting, & letters
 Continuing to learn school/class rules, procedures, &
protocol
 Tracing our names
 Learning about good and poor choices
 Reading books about school
 Visiting educational apps and learning how to use them
•Please check ClassTag and Seesaw daily for important
updates, assignments, and reminders.
•Reminder to only send a book bag with your child’s
CHARGED iPad, their blue folder, a bottle of water
that your child can open on their own, a clean
change of clothes, a clean mask and their green
nametag. Please do not send in any other school
supplies or items at this time.
 Blankets- We will not be able to use
blankets anymore in the classroom. Please
DO NOT send in any blankets.

will be due on Seesaw for Group A on Tues. Sept.29.
Day 1: ABC practice- “I Can Print the Alphabet”
Day 2: Name-Tracing Activity

You can choose how much of each activity you want your
child to do each night as long as it is submitted on Seesaw on
or before the due date. I will add an “activity folder” to
Seesaw for you to add your photos of each page of your
child’s work.
Group B- Homework Packet for Sept.24-Oct.1, 2020
Homework will be due on Seesaw for Group A on Thurs.

 On Your Virtual Days: Seesaw Activities to Complete at Home
Please complete the following Seesaw Activities with your child on your “virtual days”. If you have any questions about an
assignment please send me a direct message on Seesaw about the assignment in question. These activities are designed to teach
the students and the parents how to use, navigate, and submit student work through the Seesaw app. Some of the activities the
students may have already done in class, but please have your child complete the activities so that they can become more
confident and independent with using the different functions. Please DO NOT work on any other activities that may be
assigned in Seesaw, only the ones listed in this document.

Student Login Cards

Your child will be receiving a “Student Login Information Card” this week like the one pictured. Please keep
this in a safe place because it contains personal information, usernames, and passwords for your child. Please
follow Google Slides link provided at the beginning of this newsletter to learn how to access, login, and use
the listed programs on the login card.
