B) Price of FRP Basin : NA

02. Erection charges : Nil (duly erected condition)

03. Packing charges : Extra at actual by client (if any).

04. Transport charges : Extra at actual by client (Ex-works Umbergaon, Gujarat)

05. IGST : At present @18% or as applicable at the time of dispatch

06. Payment terms : 35% advance alongwith Purchase Order

& 65% against Proforma Invoice

07. Delivery period : Within 14 days

08. Unloading, Lifting : NOT in our scope of supply

& Crane service

09. Offer validity : 30 days

10. Warranty : 12 months from the date of dispatch

NOTE:- MAKE UP WATER SOURCE AND CONNECTION, PIPE LINE, STARTER, PUMPS, PANEL
BOARD, WIRING, RCC WORK, CIVIL WORK, VALVES, PAINTING, ELECTRICAL WORK, CABLING,
