SURVEY CONTRACT

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

__________________, Filipino, married, of legal age and a resident of

____________________, herein referred to as “FIRST PARTY”

And

_________________, Filipino, married, of legal age, with office address at

_______________________, herein referred to as “SECOND PARTY”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY owns lot

______________________________

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY, a duly licensed geodetic engineer,

offered his services to the FIRST PARTY to conduct a relocation survey to
determine the exact location and metes and bounds of the said lot;

WHEREAS, for and in consideration of Forty Thousand Pesos

(40,000.00), the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY agree to the following
terms and conditions:

1. The SECOND PARTY shall perform the following:

a. Do research works for the survey reference.
b. Transformation and computation of survey reference
c. Establishments of control points and fixing of survey reference
d. Transformation of data and setting out of corner lot boundary with
PS cylindrical monuments (mohon)
2. The FIRST PARTY shall secure the survey permits from the Municipality
of ________________and Barangay where the lot is located, with
assistance from the SECOND PARTY;
3. The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY shall mutually coordinate
with the barangay officials prior to the execution of the survey;
4. The FIRST PARTY or her representative shall accompany the SECOND
PARTY upon execution of the survey works;
5. The terms of payments shall be as follows:
a. 20% down payment upon acceptance of the proposal
b. 30% upon release of the necessary permits and commencement of
the survey
c. 30% upon completion of survey and erection of PS cylindrical
monuments (mohon)
 d. 20% upon submission of final relocation survey plan
6. The SECOND PARTY shall not be liable if the works will not be completed
for security reasons;
7. THE SECOND PARTY shall come up with a relocation survey plan and
cause the erection of PS cylindrical monuments (mohon)
