If you have not responded to the request to update your Church Account password, it is critical that you
update it immediately as specified below (if you have recently updated your password, you may ignore
this message).
• Your new password must be a minimum of 12 characters in length. Ensure to create a strong password
that will be difficult for others to guess.
• The deadline for changing your password has been extended to October 27, 2020.
• If you do not update your password before October 27th, your account will automatically expire and you
will lose access to critical systems, including WISE.
• In the past, you have been required to change your password every 6 months. This will no longer be
necessary. The only time you will need to change it in the future is if it is compromised.

To avoid any disruptions to your work, please change your password if you have not already recently
done so.

Program Administrators
It is very important that you forward this memo to your stake seminary and institute teachers. Many of
them have not yet updated their password as indicated above. They must do so by October 27, 2020 or
they will lose their access to WISE.
Note: There are over 30,000 stake teacher that still need to change their password.
