MOSFET - TYPES

1. Depletion MOSFETs (D-MOSFETs) : can be operated in either the


depletion mode or the enhancement mode (Negative VGS).
2. Enhancement MOSFETs (E-MOSFETs) : can be operated only in the
enhancement mode (Positive VGS) .
