 Question. Why should we study Management?
Ans: Management is made of three word. Usually it is manage, man, task. It is a
process of gaining something through set of activates and works. Management is a
set of principles relating to the functions of planning, organizing, directing and
controlling, and the application of these principles in harnessing physical,
financial, human, and informational resources efficiently and effectively to achieve
organizational goals.

There are many reasons for studying management. The reasons are given below
 Management is essential for an organized life and necessary to run all types
of management.
 As an entrepreneur or future manager, one should study management
because good management is the backbone of successful organizations.
 It enhances problem solving skill of a person
 It helps to develop good leadership skill and also become a good leader
 It helps to do work effectively and efficiently
 The study makes understand a person the work of an organization. You need
to understand how people behave in organizations, the sources of power and
influence, and the nature of leadership
 we should study management because of its universality, the reality of
work, and the benefits that come with it.
 No big work or big plan can not be done or imply without good management

So far, we discus about some reason but there are more. Therefore, it can be
said we should study management. Because it does not helpful for gaining
organizational goal it also helpful for gaining personal development and
discipline life.
