Release Notes:
Various bugs were corrected as part of Desigo V6.0 SP. These corrections as well as known limitations (and worka-
rounds) are described in the particular Release Notes. Carefully read the Release Notes before using Desigo V6.0 SP
for the first time.

You will find the Release Notes in separate files, for example Tools, FW, Desigo Insight.. . With Windows Search:
_Release the possibility of displaying all Release Notes in one window is given.

Firmware in devices supplied ex stock (Nuremberg):

Manufacturing changes to the new firmware only after some time after the delivery release of Desigo V6.0 SP. In
other words, some devices with older firmware are still supplied from stock in Nuremberg for some time. For this
reason, devices ordered during this period may require an update.

New user interface for customer documentation

A new user interface was introduced for customer documentation and features the following improvements.

- Filters (document type, product group, product range)

- Sort
- Export of filtered files to a ZIP file
- Scalable interface (PC – Tablet – Mobile)
- Full text search

Installation
Information for installation of the diverse Desigo parts can be found in the Release Notes of XWP, ABT, ABTSite,
Desigo Insight, Libraries and ADP.

Important: Do not install the Software directly from a network dirve or Share, but copy first to Hard Disk. Do not copy
the Desigo V6.0 release in an existing directory with a name containing more than 30 characters.

Delivery - Support
The Desigo V6.0 SP version will be distributed over Desigo Partner Extranet Share. No extra supply by DVD’s or memory
sticks is planned.
