Step 1: Using your laptop or desktop computer, open a web browser then go to https://www.staysafe.ph/.
Step 2: Click the "REQUEST ACCESS" button.
Step 3: Enter the needed information on the dialog box that will appear.
Note: All fields are required. Registration is location-based which means one (1) registration per store at
a specific mall. The mobile number and email address may only be registered once.
• Name of Company
(Trade Name; e.g. The SM Store)
• Complete Address
(Physical Address of the Branch;
e.g. SM Megamall Building B, Julia
Vargas Ave. corner EDSA, Wack Wack
Village, Mandaluyong City)
• Branch
(Mall Branch; e.g. SM Megamall)
• Representative's Name
(Full Name of the Store Representative;
e.g. Juan Dela Cruz)
• Position / Designation
(Preferably the Store Manager or Safety
Officer; e.g. Branch Manager)

(Company Mobile Number of the Store

(Company Email Address of the Store

Step 1: Open your registered email account. Step 1: Click this link to access the log in portal:
Step 2: Look for the email from https://core.staysafe.ph/signin

Step 3: Activate your account by clicking the registration.
"Activate My StaySafe Account". Step 3: Click the “LOGIN AS ADMIN” button.
STEPS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND POST THE QR CODE
Step 1: On the upper right part of the screen, click on the "Print QR" button.
Step 2: The Print screen will appear. You can choose to "Save as PDF" or print the QR code directly.
Step 3: Post the QR code in your storefront for customers to scan.
Note: Each account can only generate one (1) unique QR code.
