As of the moment, StaySafePH is not yet required by the
government. However, establishments are highly encouraged to
register their stores to StaySafePH and encourage their employees
to download the mobile app on their smartphones.
Yes, StaySafePH can be used in lieu of the online or manual health
declaration forms. However, the online or manual health
declaration forms shall still be available as back-up for customers
with no StaySafePH app.
Mall Operations shall confirm with the LGU if StaySafePH can
replace the LGU’s QR contact tracing app or if both can be placed
side by side.
 The Store Representative who will be responsible for the store
registration to StaySafePH shall preferably register his/her
company mobile number. If unavailable, personal mobile
number may be used.
 Store employees are not required to have a company phone to
be able to register to StaySafePH. Personal account
registration is different from the registration for companies and
organizations.
Yes, they can create their own artwork. SM’s artwork is optional.
Customers shall be online, shall have a Visitor’s QR ID, and shall
update their health checklist in the StaySafePH app before
scanning the establishment’s QR code.
Every time the customer enters an establishment, they have to scan
the QR code so that their visit will be recorded in each of the visited
establishment’s StaySafePH Digital Logbook.
Yes, as indicated in StaySafePH’s Privacy Notice, all collected
information are processed pursuant to Republic Act No. 11332 (the
“Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of
Public Health Concern Act”) and in accordance with Republic Act
No. 10173 (the “Data Privacy Act”).
