SUBJECT TRACE TOGETHER

Greetings!

In line with our efforts to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 and ensure everyone’s safety, we
would like to introduce SM Supermalls’ contact tracing initiative – Trace Together. This initiative will
serve as a check-in tool for all individuals by scanning the QR codes posted in strategic locations
within the mall.

To strengthen this initiative, the Mall Administration Office will distribute Trace Together QR codes
and collaterals to all tenants, affiliates, and center-owned. Please post the collaterals in your
storefront, counter, or any prominent location within your store. The collaterals may be posted side-
by-side with your store’s QR code for contact tracing or with the contact tracing app required by the
local government, if any. Please note that the Trace Together is not a replacement for the
Health Declaration Forms.

Kindly encourage your employees and customers to check-in your stores by scanning Trace
Together’s QR code and filling out the Form.
